Customers using a credit or debit card are subjected to our chargeback clause and will be held responsible for any chargebacks or any items claimed to not be issued. ALL chargebacks will result in legal action against the customer and all fees will be applied as well.
The customer will be solely responsible for the original chargeback, legal fee's, and any allocated fees that have been incurred during the process. The customer agrees to the full policy by hiring Richh sweets ent for any services or purchasing any products.
